Foresight Partners is an economic and urban research consultancy with a focus on rigorous and innovative analysis. We specialise in detailed market studies, demographic analysis and economic impact assessments for a wide variety of retail, commercial, industrial, tourism and mixed-use developments. Our clients include many Australian blue chip companies, private developers, as well as State and Local Governments.

The Position

This position is full-time with a three-month probationary period. Subject to satisfactory performance, this will convert to permanent full-time thereafter. As an entry level position, it is best suited for a new or recent graduate. Key responsibilities will include:

- Web searches and data collection.
- Management and updates of internal databases.
- Compilation, analysis, and interpretation of a variety of economic, socio-economic and specialised data sets.
- Creation of maps and figures using QGIS software.
- Report drafting and reviewing.
- Land use inventories and site investigations (valid driver’s license required).
- Tertiary qualification(s) in economics, business, geography, urban planning, or related disciplines.
- Strong research and numeracy skills.
- High level written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Powerpoint.
- A willingness to learn new skills and software such as QGIS (previous experience using any GIS software is highly regarded).
- Ability to work autonomously and high attention to detail.

This is a graduate position and salary packages will be commensurate with relevant experience and/or academic achievement.

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
