TRP Somerton is based in Cooper Street in Campbellfield supporting customers primarily across Melbourne’s northern suburbs and adjacent rural areas.

You will be actively promoting TRP products alongside PACCAR Parts products, including Kenworth and DAF products in a role we internally know as Outside Sales Representative. This position is an externally orientated on-the-road business development and customer service role, with an emphasis on cold-calling and generating incremental retail sales.

**Your responsibilities**
- Developing relationships that incrementally grow retail sales
- Providing solutions to customers in an increasingly competitive aftermarket environment
- Establishing new accounts which includes cold-calling
- Developing and maintaining existing relationships
- Developing and enhancing the Customer Connect Network

**What we like about you**
- Experience in the heavy vehicle industry is desired
- Self-motivated with leadership qualities
- Proven parts knowledge and mechanical aptitude
- Outstanding presentation and communication skills
- Collaborative, team player and used to procedures
- Heavy Vehicle Truck License would be highly advantageous
- Excellent planning and organizational ability, patient and long term as well as short term view

We encourage applicants with Sales experience and a strong affinity with, and enthusiasm for, our brands. We are especially interested in experienced Truck Parts Interpreters or Parts Sales Representatives to join our team. Experience in the trucking industry in general, in sales or otherwise, is very highly regarded.
