Are you a detail-oriented and proactive individual with a passion for planning and organising projects? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess experience in optimising resources to meet project deadlines? If so, we have a fantastic opportunity for you We are currently seeking a highly skilled Planner who will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining project schedules, ensuring the efficient utilisation of resources, and effectively communicating progress.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop comprehensive program schedules, setting milestones, and track progress against agreed baselines.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of schedule data, identifying trends, issues, and critical areas requiring attention.
- Collaborate and maintain open lines of communication with both internal and external clients, providing updates and insights into the project schedule.
- Optimise the utilisation of available resources to ensure work plan scopes are completed within budget and time constraints.
- Ensure strict adherence to the established planning and scheduling methodology during the development of project schedules.
- Evaluate subcontractor compliance with established scheduling methodology and address any discrepancies.

**Requirements**:

- Proficient and experienced user of Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and any other relevant Planning software.
- Demonstrated excellence in written and spoken English, with exceptional report writing skills.
- Proven experience in planning and scheduling projects, showcasing your ability to meet tight deadlines and effectively manage complex tasks.
- Previous experience in the construction industry is preferred, as it will add significant value to the role.
- Strong time management skills, coupled with quick thinking and resilience to excel in a fast-paced environment.
