**About the role**

The Lead, Workforce Strategy Projects manages and coordinates the development, implementation and evaluation of complex workforce strategies and projects to achieve specific outcomes and support the achievement of organisational objectives. The Lead, Workforce Strategy Projects will manage the development and delivery of multiple projects across the team, collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure effective high-quality delivery of project and strategy outcomes, and support the implementation of school workforce policy and strategy initiatives.

**Key knowledge and experience**
- Knowledge of and commitment to implementing the Department’s Aboriginal Education Policy and upholding the Department’s Partnership Agreement with the NSW AECG and to ensure quality outcomes for Aboriginal people.

- You will be collaborative, agile, and disciplined about delivering outcomes for all students of NSW
- You are excited by challenges and thrive working in an environment where you can problem solve for your clients and recommend innovative workforce strategies that you know will make a difference
- You are a seasoned workforce strategist with previous experience developing project plans and coordinating resources
- You have a natural ability to build and maintain strong relationships with your stakeholders both internal and external
- You are confident navigating multiple platforms in order to find integrated solutions that are responsive to the Workforce Strategy & Planning Unit’s needs
