Programmed are currently seeking experienced Machine Operators and Trade Assistants for our Large Nationally known Rail Company, based in YEERONGPILLY, QLD.

With a strong team culture and reputation for providing a safe working environment, this opportunity is one of the best. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be an integral part of the team. Boundless opportunities to upskill with great work-life balance.

**About The Role**:

- Machine operating - cutting, welding and grinding machinery
- Maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery
- Use of power tools
- Manual handling
- Quality checks
- Forklift duties (if ticketed)
- Monday to Friday, Day Shift

**What are we looking for?**:

- Safely Access the Rail Corridor Certificate (TLIF0020) or equivalent (TLIF2080, TLIF2080A, TLIF2080B, TLIF2080C) or willingness to upskill and obtain this
- Forklift license Preferred but not essential
- Mechanically minded people
- Knowledge of hand power tools
- Proven experience in a similar industry or construction and manufacturing highly desired
- Safety conscious attitude
- Willingness to complete and pass drug and alcohol testing prior to commencing
- Flexible availability
