Property Manager

**Position: Property Manager Company: Green Real Estate Agency Location: West Ryde and Eastwood, Northern District**

**Responsibilities**:
Oversee a diverse property portfolio and ensure the smooth management of properties.

Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants through effective communication.

Handle arrear control and ensure timely rent collection from tenants.

Represent the company in tribunals as needed to resolve any disputes.

Conduct thorough inspections of properties to ensure they are well-maintained.

Utilize industry-specific software and tools such as Property Tree, Inspect Real Estate, Inspection Express, and Microsoft 365 for efficient property management.

Be readily available to handle emergency issues promptly and provide necessary assistance.

Possess a current Real Estate Licence Class 2 or Certificate of Registration, along with significant experience in property management.

Preferably, have the ability to utilize Trust Accounts for financial management.

**Requirements**:
Excellent and clear communication skills to effectively interact with clients, landlords, and tenants.

Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Property Tree, Inspect Real Estate, Inspection Express, and Microsoft 365.

Demonstrated reliability, professionalism, and exceptional time management skills.

Must be readily available to handle emergency issues promptly.

Possession of a current Real Estate Licence Class 2 or Certificate of Registration, along with significant experience in property management.

Preferably, the ability to utilize Trust Accounts for financial management.

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
