Stretching Trainer Flexologist

Looking for 1 Flexologist to join StretchLab Darlinghurst, on a casual basis.

The Stretch Traininer will work with our members for One on One Stretching. Helping people achieve their goals.

This is an amazing opportunity to gain experience in a new modality that is taking the fitness industry by storm.

Experience in Fitness, Wellness, Physio, Yoga, Personal Trainer, Massage or any area where you care about people and help achieve their goals.

Experience with Sports and Body will be preferred.

StretchLab is the industry leader in offering one-on-one assisted stretching and has created a variety of offerings to empower clients to ‘Live Long’. StretchLab has gathered a team of experts already certified in an array of related fields including physical therapy, chiropractic, medicine, yoga, Pilates, Remedial Massage and more.

KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions
- Encourage and motivate clients throughout stretch sessions
- Build StretchLab membership and retain current clientele
- Ensure safety of clients in regard to proper stretch techniques and enforce StretchLab policies and safety rules
- Handle member concerns when applicable
- Assist the Sales Associates and the General Manager with studio tours and sales as needed
- Clean and maintain all equipment to ensure it is available for client use at any given time

REQUIRED SKILLS/TRAITS & EXPERIENCE
- A love of the boutique fitness environment - passion for stretching, mobility and flexibility
- Must wear 1 StretchLab branded item of clothing to each shift
- Experience working in a fitness/health environment where you are providing hands-on training with a client
- Ability to create a positive environment that welcomes all people
- Fantastic communication skills that exudes empathy
- Must love connecting with people and have passion for helping them achieve goals
- Must have a professional work ethic, be reliable and adhere to our attendance policies

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $32.59 per hour

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
- Rotating roster
- Shift work

**Experience**:

- Fitness or related: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Cert IV in Fitness (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Work Location: In person
