Here at BB Recruitment and Consulting Services, we are currently seeking passionate childcare assistants that are suitably qualified in the industry to service both Long Day Care and Outside School Hours Care providers in WA.

**How We Work**

When a client requests a relief staff member, the shift offer goes out to the BB workforce which is readily available on a Members app to accept When accepted, your placement is then confirmed with the client and the App provides all relevant service information, location and important notes to ensure you are prepared for the day.

When you finish your shift, simply submit your timesheet with all relevant shift details and get paid weekly

**Requirements**:

- Valid Working with Children Check (mandatory)
- Childcare Qualification (ACECQA Approved)
- Proof of Covid 19 Vaccination Certificate (Preferred but Not Mandatory)

**Pay Rate**

Here at BB Recruitment and Consulting Services, we pay **ABOVE** the Children Services Award 2010 and offer competitive rates based on your qualifications and experience in the industry. Hourly rates range between $32 - $48 per hour for qualified educators (Certificate III, Diploma and ECT) as well as up to $30 per hour for unqualified educators.

**Responsibilities**

As a relief childcare assistant working across various service locations, you will be expected to have the following:

- Assist the permanent staff in facilitating lesson plans and maintaining a safe environment.
- Assist with the service cleaning routine throughout the day that keeps all of the interactive areas sanitary and safe.
- Monitor and supervise children during outdoor activities and interact with the children to enhance their learning.
- Work with permanent staff to maintain communication with parents and contact parents in emergency situations.
- Prepare and serve meals and monitor children during lunchtime.
