Purchase Analyst

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented individual to join our team In Purchase Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of our accounting operations, including managing.

*Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage all aspects of payment processing, including bills and payments. Ensure accuracy and security in all data.

2. Determine optimal buying and selling prices for items to maximize profitability while remaining competitive in the market. Monitor pricing strategies and adjust as necessary based on market trends and supplier costs.

3. Prepare regular financial reports. Analyze financial data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for cost savings.

4. Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers. Negotiate favorable terms and pricing agreements to optimize purchasing costs and ensure timely delivery of goods.

5. Compliance and Regulation: Stay up-to-date with relevant financial regulations and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations governing financial transactions, reporting, and record-keeping.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in financial management, preferably in the retail or grocery industry.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary**: $47,727.37 - $104,753.31 per year
