**About Them**
We are seeking an experienced and passionate People and Culture Manager to join an Australian manufacturing company of leading edge engineering products.

**About the Role**
This is a newly created role to oversee the entire employee life cycle. As the People & Culture Manager, you will report to the CEO and be responsible for managing all aspects of people and culture across the organization.

Summary of Responsibilities:

- Coach leaders and build organisational capability around employee engagement, leadership and performance improvement.
- Develop and implement mature systems and consistent standards across all business units.
- Manage employment relations, including handling disputes, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
- Oversee talent management, attraction and engagement initiatives, including recruitment, performance management, and succession planning.

**About Success**
You will work closely with management teams to provide them with operational advice and build organizational capability, aligning people strategies with business objectives to drive growth and success. Your expertise will be instrumental in fostering a positive work culture, developing leadership capabilities, and enhancing the overall employee experience.

**About you**
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager or Business Partner who can build and maintain effective working relationships, understanding the business strategy and key priorities.

Your ability to create learning and development frameworks and embed a coaching culture will be crucial in maximizing leadership capability across the organization. Strong knowledge of employment laws, industrial relations, and HR best practices is essential, as are exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
