With the next stage of our ambitious growth plan including the continued expansion of our China Division, we currently have a vacancy for an Administrative Assistant to join the team. This role is offerered on a permanent, full-time basis (Monday to Friday) and will be based at our office in Huntingwood.**About the Role**
- As Administration Assistant, you will undertake a range of tasks that provide administrative support to our team, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities. This is a varied role which will have some consistent and regular tasks, but will also require you to undertake other adhoc admin tasks as the need arises.- Some of the key responsibilities for this role will require you to- Liaise with suppliers and buyers for orders, stock enquiries.
- Process credits, returns to warehouse and returns to suppliers if required accordingly
- Approve orders and generate invoices for customers
- Close purchase orders in AX, creating purchase and sales orders.
- Completing discrepancy report for all purchase order errors.
- Filling and other administrative duties

**About you**
- This role is suited to an all-rounder with high attention to detail, excellent multi-tasking skills and the ability (and comfort) to work well under pressure.-
- Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience in an Administration role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (with the ability to speak/write Mandarin Chinese highly regarded)
- Good understanding of Microsoft Office suites
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Good communication skills
- High Attention to detail
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Ability to manage and prioritise tasks
- The successful applicant must also consent to a criminal history check and return a satisfactory outcome._
