**_Who We Are Looking For:_**
Already possessing many years of
**TIBCO** experience, this position is responsible for the provision of day to day support of the
**Enterprise Service Bus**
**(ESB).** Interaction with the business and customers will be part of your daily life, understanding the needs and requirements of users and tailoring systems to these specifications will be a key part of your role.

The Development, Programming, Analyst and Support roles will be responsible for providing Development, Programming, Analysis and Support for
- Tibco Business Works
- Tibco EMS
- Tibco Business Connect
- Tibco SAP R3 Adapters

**_Development Tasks_**
- Defining and documenting solution architecture, software / integration requirements, high and low-level designs, unit test and deployment
- Advice with regards to technology augmentation and limitations
- Design, maintain, and improve existing integration processes
- Tibco BW 5.x development experience
- Development experience with AWS services like Lambda
- BPM Camunda development experience
- Java EE/Springboot development experience
- UI development experience with Angular, NodeJS
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Complex problem solving and technical diagnostic skills

**Analyst and Support Tasks**:

- Consultation and analysis of key systems with Stakeholders
- Collaborating with the enterprise Applications Team and Operations Team around production incidents involving integration to directly or indirectly ensure their timely resolution/recovery and preventative measures are taken to avoid recurrence and minimize business impact
- Maintenance of operational and end-user documentation
- Planning and technical delivery of integration work packages

**Essential skills and experience**
- Experience in Hawk / Hawk Rules
- Ability to analyse and investigate issues within the Tibco environment / BW Services
- Knowledge and experience in supporting a Tibco environment hosted on a Linux platform
- Ability to analyse / review Tibco BW Code
- Knowledge of Linux operating system and networking to be able to identify problems that may be related to / caused by network or OS issues
- Experience in Oracle and Microsoft SQL Databases
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Complex problem solving and technical diagnostic skills
- Willing to be on an on-call roster for after hours and weekends and to undertake planned change / maintenance activities on Weekends
