Bartender

**About Us**: The Lady Cutler Melbourne Showboat offers unique and unforgettable cruising experiences on the Yarra River, providing guests with a perfect blend of entertainment, stunning views, and exceptional service. We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated bartenders to join our dynamic team and contribute to creating memorable experiences for our guests.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, in accordance with our recipes and standards.
- Ensure responsible service of alcohol in compliance with RSA guidelines.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, creating a friendly and enjoyable atmosphere.
- Maintain a clean and organised bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment.
- Handle cash and operate the point-of-sale system accurately.
- Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure smooth operation of the bar and overall guest satisfaction.
- Assist in setting up and closing down the bar area before and after each cruise.

**Requirements**:

- Previous bar experience is essential.
- Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification for Victoria.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
- A positive and proactive attitude, with the ability to work well in a team.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting duties.
