Brisbane CBD based, 2 days WFH

Hourly rate, No Agency fees

**About the role**

Seeking an experienced Test Manager to provide high-level test management and execution for several digital initiatives within a large, complex state government department

**Skills and experience**
- Proven experience in leading Agile testing efforts, including managing testing processes within Agile frameworks, sprint planning etc.
- Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices, with the ability to develop and execute comprehensive test strategies, plans, team goals.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to prioritize testing tasks and assess and resolve risks and issues efficiently.
- Experience in test automation tools and techniques, with the ability assess the results of stress, performance and external penetration and security testing.
- Leadership abilities to mentor and coach team members, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and drive the adoption of Agile testing practices across the organization.
- Proven experience in government projects will be highly regarded.
