**About the role**:
Reporting to the Culture and Capability Manager, the role is responsible for ensuring that Unitywater has the right capabilities in the right people to meet current and future business needs.
You will proactively lead the workforce planning and capability program and processes to ensure the design and implementation of agile and practical solutions are implemented to deliver to the capability development needs of our people.
You will have the opportunity to work from either office locations Caboolture and/or Maroochydore and will also have the flexibility to work from home.

Key functions of the role include:

- Manage the build, maintenance and ongoing refresh of Unitywater’s Capability Framework, ensuring strategic alignment, a future focus and a fit for purpose
- Embed the organisation values and capabilities across the employee life-cycle by working across the business with key process stakeholders
- Work closely with Business Partners to identify future strategic and operational workforce skill requirements, and ensure these are integrated into frameworks, processes and tools
- Lead and manage the workforce and capability planning strategy and process, in conjunction with Business Partners
- Build career pathways for critical business pipelines
- Manage and maintain the organisation-wide job family framework and role capability requirements

**About you**:

- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources / Organisational Development / Organisational Psychology, or related discipline
- Experience in designing and leading the implementation of organisation-wide capability initiatives, with demonstrated capability uplift outcomes
- Demonstrated experience in workforce and demand planning capability build, assessment, development and deployment
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in capability assessment tools and practices, such as psychometrics, leadership assessments, 360 degree assessments etc
- Strong communication skills, with an ability to liaise with others in a simple and relatable manner
- Depth of project management experience to ensure programs of work are scoped and delivered on time
