One Step Up Childcare is a family owned and operated service for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years conveniently located in the heart of the Sutherland Shire. We are looking for a passionate, professional educator to join our team

**Positions available**:

- Certificate 3 Educator

**Criteria**:

- Diploma or Certificate 3 in Early Childhood Education and Care
- First Aid, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Management certificates (or willing to obtain)
- Working with Children's Check
- Experience and skill in leading and providing quality programs
- Experience and knowledge of EYLF, NQF and NQS
- Experience in leading children's activities in the room

**Must have**:

- Neat and professional presentation
- Friendly and caring personality
- Willingness to learn
- Good organisational skills
- Honest and reliable

**Responsibilities**:

- Program educational activities in collaboration with our staff.
- Engage with the children and be passionate about children and their learning
- Participate in professional development
- Work collaboratively with the staff to ensure the best outcomes for our children and families

**Salary**: $25.01 - $38.24 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 38 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Christmas bonus
- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- Certificate I - IV (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Childcare: 1 year (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
