**About Us**:
At Tutoring, we are dedicated to helping students achieve academic success by providing personalized support. Our Centre is located in Parramatta, just a few minutes from the train station, and we are expanding our team We are looking for enthusiastic English tutors who share our love for education.

**Position: English Tutors (Years 3-12)**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create and deliver engaging weekly lesson plans using provided materials and your own resources.
- Lead interactive tutoring sessions for students in Years 3-12
- Adjust lessons to fit each student’s needs and help them achieve their best results.
- Track student progress weekly and provide detailed reports at the end of each term.
- Maintain clear communication with both students and parents to create a positive learning environment.
- Assist with additional tasks as needed by the centre.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of English, with evidence of high academic achievement (e.g., HSC ATAR results).
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to providing quality education.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate and inspire students.
- Previous tutoring or teaching experience is preferred.
- Experience developing course content for English and General Ability for Years 3-12
- Able to commit to at least 10 consecutive weeks of tutoring.
