**Retail Manager - Burpengary QLD**

**Location **- Burpengary QLD

**Role **- full time, ongoing

As our Retail Manager, and reporting to the Store leadership team, you will be in charge of:

- Choosing the product range, stock quantity and service quality of the store, taking into account wholesaler requirements and expectations
- Developing and implementing purchasing and marketing strategies, and setting prices
- Advertising and promoting the store’s goods and services to attract customers
- Selling goods and services to customers and as required giving them professional advice on product usage
- Keeping accurate records of stock levels and financial transactions
- Undertaking budgeting for the store and ensuring profitability
- Managing and being involved in the recruitment, training, and supervision of staff
- Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Previous experience in retail management or a similar role
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- A customer-focused and results-oriented approach
- A high level of initiative, creativity, and flexibility
- Solid knowledge of leading edge customer facing technology solutions
- A willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
- A minimum 2-3 years professional experience and a highly relevant Diploma
- Unrestricted working rights to work in Australia
