- Due to the continued growth of our client's business, we are recruiting for a Senior Account Executive to join their experienced team. Our client is a successful Insurance Brokerage located in outer South East suburbs and looking for an established broking professional to join the team and provide key support to the Directors with the business operations and a senior portfolio.

**Who you will be working with?**

You will be part of a team of over 12 broking staff, at different stages of their careers, who are all passionate about the industry and continually strive to provide the right service, support, and products to their clients. Our client offers a range of insurance products ranging from Commercial, Domestic, SME and corporate clients

**Duties and responsibilities include**:

- Service and grow a portfolio of business
- Maintain industry/market knowledge
- Provide an outstanding and efficient service to all customers
- Manage communications between all stakeholders - client, brokers and underwriters
- Ability to work effectively within a team to accomplish organisational goals

**We are looking for someone with**:

- 2 + years commercial broking experience
- Confident managing a commercial portfolio of mixed clientele and products
- Leadership qualities who can offer support to fellow colleagues
- Tier 1 qualification
