**The Opportunity**:
As a valued member of the team, you’ll be an expert in all things people related, providing support to the business with a full range of day-to-day HR support. You’ll also work closely with the management team to implement initiatives and programs into the business.

Your days will be far from mundane as you delve into various facets of HR, including supporting recruitment, payroll, and learning & development activities, making each day a fresh and exciting challenge.

We are looking for a seasoned Coordinator who is keen on building their skills and developing their career

**What will you be doing?**
- The first point of contact for advice and support to the business
- Managing the HR inbox
- General HR administration including management of HR employee changes - preparation of letters, contracts and individual flexibility arrangements.
- Assisting with ER cases and investigation
- Interpret and provide advice on polices, awards and conditions of employment
- Coordination of projects and programs such as Service Awards, the online Quarterly Town Hall and overseas recruitment program.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR systems and practices.
- Creation of workplace policies
- Support with recruitment, payroll, and learning & development activities.

**Important Parts**:
This position is offered as a contract role, however the business is always expanding and there may be future opportunities available.

We work in a hybrid environment, where this role would be based at our Springvale Head Office for a minimum of 3 days per week, where we collaborate and interact with our stakeholders and each other.

**About You**
This role is customer focused so you must be a strong communicator that can engage with stakeholders across different levels on a day-to-day basis. We are looking for someone with the following skills and attributes to join the team:

- Previous experience in a similar HR Coordinator position
- Experience coaching in performance management and people development
- Solid experience working with and interpreting the Fair Work Act and Modern Awards
- Experience providing HR advise and support to management
- Proficiency using HRIS systems.
- High level of attention to detail, communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
- Above all, a team oriented, customer focused and organised team player
