**About the team**:
Retail Ready Operations Australia (RROA) is the first Coles owned retail ready meat facility. Based at Erskine Park, our site is highly automated, sophistipcated and equipped to global best practice. We have a strong focus on team member safety, quality and continuous improvement whilst ensuring that customers' security of supply, quality, availability of product and value for money expectations are met. Our facility is fully integrated into the Coles sourcing, production, and logistics and stores' network.

**About the role**:
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Aministration or Team Advisor to deliver, support, coach and advise line managers on transactional activities for wages Team Members. This position will coach and support to embed the new ways of working related to people systems,

You'll also:

- Support with recruitment & onboarding
- Assist with raising portal cases
- Coach line managers (or initiate where required) to approve workflows for wages employee moves and position changes
- Coach and embed new ways of working within the new People Management System
- Support with People Management System queries and troubleshoot where required

**About you and your skills**:
We're seeking an individual passionate about administration and the ability to establish effective and enduring stakeholder relationships supporting the RROA team.

You'll also have
- Strong data entry and cimputer skills
- Interview and recrtuiment expereince, highly desirable
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex topics and operational processes
- Stron organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Exposure to Retail Manufacturing, highly desirable though not essential
