SiteMinder and REI Master and marketing.

Ideally you will have experience within the management rights environment and enjoy all factettes of the industry, dealing confidently with holiday guests, tenants and owner residents working 9.00a.m 5.00p.m Monday to Friday and Saturday 9.30a.m to 12.00 noon

Front office reception within the tourism industry
Telephone Reservations
REI Master Software (or similar)
SiteMinder Channel Manager & Rate Manipulation (or willingness to learn)

This position would suit an individual with excellent customer service skills who is confident and friendly and willing to engage in all facets of front office and reservations duties.
