**What You Will Do**:
As a Customer Success Specialist, you are the go-to person for customers when they encounter difficulties. You don't follow a fixed script; instead, you listen to the customer's concerns. By asking the right questions, you uncover the core issues and can always find a suitable solution. At Veneta Blinds, we give you time to discuss this solution with the customer because, for us, your satisfaction comes when the customer is content. You ensure that customers receive a response within one day. Your tasks focus on enhancing customer experience, and we provide excellent training to support your growth. After completing all the training and gaining customer experience, if you become a pro, we have additional tasks ready for you to take on

**Salary, compensation & bonuses**
You will receive a gross annual income according to the importance of the position and your experience and it will be in the range $60-$70k PA plus superannuation.

**What We Require**:
