GoAllan Services Pty Ltd are looking for a Full-Time Systems Analyst to join the team
Systems Analysts are responsible for translating business needs into ICT system requirements and specifications for enhancements. They may propose modifications to the existing systems and processes, or design new systems to meet user needs as expressed in requirements documentation or user stories. This includes designing, analysing and documenting software systems to meet business expectations. Systems Analysts are responsible for writing functional specifications from business requirements.
**Technical Prerequisite**:
- Undertake analysis, design, development, prototyping, testing and maintenance activities
- Having at least 2 years’ experience in analysing and developing recruitment system
- Specialisations include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Grails Framework with groovy language
- Angular JS
- Flutter for mobile
- AWS Cloud Server: EC2, S3, Route 53, Load Balancer
- Operating system: Linux, Windows, MacOS
- Mysql and SQL Server
- Ability to use varieties of development tools
**Tasks**:
- Maintaining and updating existing systems as required
- Perform analysis and evaluation of business processes and requirements
- Support the creation and implementation of solutions to meet business needs
- Provide support to daily operations and monitor performance of business solutions
- Adhere to delivery and support methodologies and contribute ideas for improvement
- Conduct testing activities such as test coverage reviews, formal or informal test execution and test planning
- Undertake project quality management tasks such as peer and quality reviews of specifications and design documents
- Prepare correspondence such as reports and technical documentation for review by senior staff
- Support the life cycle of changes and improvements to systems
- Provide training, guidance, and support for new staff where required
- Translate technical information for non-technical audiences (in English or Khmer is a plus)
- Identify and analyse information and make recommendations based on evidence
- Think critically and analytically to solve problems
- Seek, suggest, implement and support others to adopt innovations and improvements
- Having good communication skills
- Having ability to manage tasks and meet the deadline
- Completed a professional year program is a plus
- Be able to speak multiple languages is a plus (Khmer/Thai/Malaysian)
- Available to work full-time.
- Having reliable transport to commute to work
**Salary**: $72,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Morning shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Keysborough, VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
**Education**:
- Masters Degree (required)
**Experience**:
- Systems analysis: 2 years (required)
- Software development: 2 years (required)
Licence/Certification:
- Driver Licence (preferred)
