Provide onsite accommodation in browns plains: independant set with 1 living room/kitchen/bedroom/bath/carspace, Water & Electricity & Internet all included (worth $280 per week).

Caretaker for two townhouse complex(one in eight mile plains, one in browns plains), 3~4 days work per week depends on season, tools & equipment provided,Duties include:
1) Gardening (main Duty): grass,hedges,plant - for body corporate and rentals

2) Look after the swim pool

3) Clean common area, including gym room, BBQ area and garden leaves - once a week

4) Optional: Handyman repairs & other labor work -- if you like to make extra income

**Job Types**: Permanent, Contract

**Salary**: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
