Job Summary:
We are looking for a seafood cutter/handler to join our team. This role is suited to someone with similar experience, an ex-fisherman or butcher. Someone with an interest in seafood is ideal. Excellent knife skills are a must
As a Fish Cutter/Seafood Handler, you'll play a vital role in preparing and processing seafood products for display and sale.

**Responsibilities**:

- Cut, trim and prepare fish and seafood products for display and sale.
- Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene and food safety.
- Operate machinery (e.g., filleting, scaling, skinning etc).
- Handle and store seafood products to prevent damage and spoilage.
- Provide exceptional customer service and guidance on seafood preparation.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a fish cutter or seafood handler.
- Knowledge of seafood handling, preparation and food safety regulations.
- Heavy lifting of fish boxes, unloading/loading of cool room and truck.
- Basic math skills for inventory management.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Food Safety Certification (or willingness to obtain).
