**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement strategic plans for short courses in alignment with RGIT’s goals and objectives.
- Oversee the design, development, and evaluation of short courses to ensure they meet industry standards and student needs.
- Manage the delivery of short courses, including scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with academic and administrative staff to ensure smooth course operations and high-quality delivery.
- Monitor and analyze course performance and student feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Promote short courses through various marketing and outreach initiatives to attract and retain students.
- Maintain compliance with relevant regulatory and accreditation requirements.
- Develop and manage budgets for the short courses program.
- Manage a budget including providing advice on cost effective delivery strategies.
- Manage recruitment, selection, on-boarding and induction of staff
- Deliver courses/programs in defined areas of expertise as required
- Resolve learner complaints in accordance with RGIT policy
- Understand market and industry needs and develop responsive, innovative educational solutions for learners, including fee-for-service clients
- Contribute to the design, development, delivery and evaluation of new courses in a defined area, education practices, materials, delivery models and standards.

**Qualifications and Experiences**
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an educational management role.
- Strong understanding of vocational education and training (VET) sector.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in using educational technologies and software.
- Demonstrated interpersonal, negotiation and communications with the ability to interact with all levels of staff, students, agents, host employers and other stakeholders.
- Ability to easily mix well with others and satisfactorily carry out tasks in liaison with colleagues.
- Attention to detail.
- Accountability for personal work performance.
- Ability to maintain a professional and friendly persona during encounters with stakeholders.
- Effective and efficient time management.
- Able to work autonomously and in a team environment.
- Ability to maintain composure, balance workload and conflicting priorities and effectively handle difficult situations.

Pay: $70,000.00 per year
