**Job Description**:
**Our Family**:

- Hi, We are a family of five and have been blessed with 3 children. Our eldest is a sweet boy growing into a little man, aged 16, with a diagnosis of a moderate-severe intellectual disability and Autism. He loves going on walks outdoors and playing on his iPad. We have a 13 year old boy, sweet and creative - who is currently in Year 7 and loves tech, playing piano and basketball. Our youngest is our little girl, aged 6, who has heaps of energy, loves dancing, swimming and singing. They all have a cheeky sense of humour, are well-mannered and very welcoming to new people.

**Your Duties**:

- Driving children to and from activities Helping out with housekeeping Assisting the children, if needed, in their after-school routines (though each child is self-sufficient in what needs to be done) Food-prep and cooking

**Our Perfect Caregiver**:

- Our ideal care giver would be someone who has had experience with children, adolescents or special needs. We would love someone who shares our belief that all people should be given the opportunity to live their best life, regardless of diagnosis. Someone who is invested in the well-being of all children - both Neurotypical and Neurodiverse - with the patience, empathy and respect to care for both equally, and the ability to remain calm under stressful situations. All our children love their tech - so someone who is good with tech, the iPad and Nintendo Switch is a great bonus Flexibility in scheduling would also be ideal; as while we have specific rostered days for care (usually within the school week), there may be other days (weekends), where we would need additional help, if you’re available. We organise our roster each week.
