Confluence Water, the Ventia, Downer and Jacobs joint venture, is one of three regional delivery consortia providing services under Sydney Water's Partnering for Success program. Confluence Water delivers design, construction, maintenance and facilities management services in Sydney Water's North region, which stretches from Sydney Harbour to the Hawkesbury River and includes the Hills Shire.

We are looking for eager apprentices to join our wonderful teams

As a Confluence Water **apprentice**, you will be part of the Downer Apprentice Program, where you will be partnered with experienced tradespeople and provided the opportunity to learn among the best.

Our apprenticeships are full time, fixed-term positions open to school leavers and mature aged applicants who have a keen interest in becoming a tradesperson through the completion of an apprenticeship.

During your apprenticeship, you will be completing the relevant** Mechanical Fitter** qualification for your trade and occupation and gain practical on-the-job training with the guidance of experienced, skilled Tradespeople with a view to joining our team long-term.

- Skilled in manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- A keen interest in the Mechanical and Civil industry.
- Current Driver’s licence.
