We have an exciting opportunity for a **People & Culture Coordinator** to join our dynamic People & Culture team. This is a fantastic position where you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the People & Culture Managers and coordinate the administrative processes that support the employee life cycle. You will also be responsible for the administration of the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).

The successful applicant will ideally have:

- Previous HR Coordination or Administration experience, ideally within a law firm or professional services environment
- Experience and exposure with a HRIS, ideally Workday
- Intermediate Excel and Word skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- The ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to work autonomously on tasks, with adequate support and routine supervision
- Familiarity with Modern Awards would be beneficial
- Excellent communication skills and high service orientation.
