VJB Group is an established marketing agency located in Sydney, Australia, servicing multiple sectors and providing an array of marketing services for all levels of business. We also have a global presence with marketing agency partners located in America and Europe ready to service your international marketing needs.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for a range of digital activities including managing social media; developing engaging marketing strategies; creating marketing calendar and compiling monthly reports.

**Your day to day duties will include**:

- Creating, planning and executing social media content calendars
- Building relationships with clients to define their marketing strategy and achieve their goals
- Hosting brainstorming sessions with the internal team
- Developing and implementing digital marketing initiatives in line with the business strategy
- Compiling monthly reports on all marketing activity and results

**To be successful in this role, you will have**:

- At least 1 year's of marketing work experience
- Experience and knowledge of creating social media content
- Excellent knowledge of digital marketing, social media and marketing automation i.e. Buffer, HootSuite
- Experience using web design (wordpress), HTML, MailChimp
- The ability to work independently, manage projects, operate under pressure and meet deadlines
- A passion for client service and achieving client strategy
- Qualifications in journalism, digital marketing or a related field is desirable

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 38 per week

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kogarah, NSW 2217: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
