**About the Role**

Exciting opportunity for an Accounts Officer/Accounts Receivable to join a leading 100% Australian owned FMCG organization going through a period of significant growth.

The role is diverse and key responsibilities include:

- Liaising with customers regarding deliveries and returns
- Assisting customers with enquiries relating to PODs and ETAs
- Resolving claims and credits with customers
- Assisting with Balance-sheet reconciliations
- Assisting in inventory management including stock counts and investigation and resolution of stock variances
- Record receipts and prepare bank reconciliation daily.
- Liaise with warehouse to ensure over dues are addressed effectively.
- Requesting and reviewing credit approval and credit limits
- Allocating customer orders
- Pro-active and result oriented debt collection management.
- Other ad hoc duties as directed.

- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience working within a fast paced, high volume environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with inventory transactions.
- Strong excel skills.
- Excellent communication skills
- SAP experience desirable.
