Our client is a leading automotive vehicle distributor and service provider for nearly four decades.

**About the role**
A rare and exciting opportunity exists to join our client as Warranty Coordinator. This role involves communicating with dealers and factory representatives, ensuring warranty claims are processed accurately and on time each day.

**Duties**
- Adjudication of Dealer warranty claim submissions and pre-approval requests to ensure accuracy and compliance with Manufacturer’s Warranty Policies and Procedures
- Reporting to internal stakeholders on warranty trends and Dealer performance
- Returning any claim to the Dealer for correction for anomalies
- Review unfinished warranty claims on a regular basis advising Dealers of outstanding issues relevant to those claims.
- Monitor by volume a Dealers unfinished or unactioned claims and notify the Dealer and the Regional Service Manager if necessary.
- Respond to Dealers questions related to warranty matters and pre-approval decisions within the policy guidelines, quoting in detail policy requirements where applicable.
- Provide support on all warranty matters.
- Process and complete end-of-month requirements

**Skills and experience**
- Completion of industry-specific training, including trade qualification
- Previous experience in warranty essential
- Intermediate level experience in all Microsoft suite
- Experience in automotive service & warranty.
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Precise data entry skills with an eye for detail
