**Based in our Campbellfield or Pakenham office, the Marketing Coordinator will perform the following tasks but not limited to**:

- Write, edit, and proof a wide range of material and communications for internal and external purposes
- Carry out development and planning of internal brands
- Assist in developing business reports, investor presentations, events, special projects, and branding
- Support the creation and implementation of the entire life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities for each marketing initiative/campaign
- Assisting in the management of relationships with media agencies and other external groups
- Coordinate advertising campaigns when required
- Upkeep of materials, such as capability statements, brochures, flyers, posters, banners, notice boards, folders, and merchandise
- Social Media strategy planning, management, and execution
- Coordination of monthly/quarterly internal newsletter and reports
- Company website maintenance, content updates and management
- Work closely and collaboratively with the marketing team on all creative projects
- Interact with copywriter to develop creative concepts and executions
- Responsible for the production of flyers, brochures, folders, banners, posters, signage, annual reports, presentations, newsletters, invitations, e-flyers, and all other marketing requests
- Responsible for website design and management
- Interprets company needs and develops concepts to suit specific guidelines while working within budget constraints. Provide accurate time and cost estimates for each tactic
- Presents design work at various stages to stakeholders for review and final approval
- Manage style guides to ensure consistency throughout the business
- Perform any additional tasks as directed which are within your skill, qualification, and competence level

**To be successful in this role, the Marketing Coordinator will have**:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a role covering communications, media liaison and brand marketing
- High level of Adobe Creative Suite and WordPress/Joomla skills
- Internal and external client relationship management skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to work to stringent deadlines
- High level written and verbal communication skills with excellent proof-reading skills
- Experience in or knowledge of external communications and media

**Highly regarded experience &/or accreditations**
- Previous experience within the construction industry
- Website development experience in HTML, CSS and JavaScript?
- Experience in Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), social media and/or marketing
- Electronic Direct Mail creation experience
- Experience in both Mac and PC environments?
