**MARKETING COORDINATOR**

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Coordinator with a strong background in marketing, particularly in NDIS, to join our team.
**Position Overview**:
The position will report to the Chief Executive Officer.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Marketing Strategy Development**:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns targeting NDIS participants.
- Collaborate with the management team to identify key marketing objectives and align strategies with business goals.
**2. Digital Marketing**:
- Manage digital marketing efforts, including SEO optimisation to improve online visibility and drive organic traffic.
- Oversee social media management, creating engaging content, and implementing strategies to increase followers and engagement.
- Develop and implement a digital media strategy to effectively reach the target audience through various online channels.
**3. Business Development**:
- Develop and implement NDIS business development strategies to drive growth, revenue, and profitability, with a focus on Supported Independent Living (SIL) and Short-Term Accommodation (STA) services.
- Build strong relationships with the Disability sector, including hospitals, mental health departments, support coordinators, and the NDIS, to identify new clients and obtain referrals for SIL and STA services.
- Attend relevant expos, conferences, and networking events to represent the business and its services and obtain genuine leads.
- Identify new SIL, STA, and Medium Term Accommodation (MTA) properties and bring in new NDIS participants to fill these properties.
**4. Employee Development**:
- Manage staff development training at SIL, coaching and mentoring, providing timely feedback.
- Assist in incidents at SIL as they arise, including debriefing and engaging with internal support functions, and identifying and putting in adequate control measures to mitigate future risk.
**5. Market Research**:
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends within the NDIS sector.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing within the healthcare sector, with a focus on NDIS services.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

**Salary**: $62,000.00 - $82,000.00 per year **pro-rata**.

**Experience**:
- NDIS sector: 2 years (preferred)
- Marketing: 3 years (preferred)
**Work Authorisation**:
- Right to work in Australia.

**Salary**: $62,000.00 - $82,000.00 per year
