**Your Role - Key Responsibilities**:

- Shutdown Maintenance: Showcase your expertise in hydraulically operated fixed plant shutdown maintenance.
- Onsite Installation: Master the art of onsite installation and servicing of Conveyor braking systems, Fixed Plant hydraulic & lubrication systems, and more.
- Hydraulic Troubleshooter: Tackle challenges head-on with troubleshooting skills for hydraulic systems, ensuring seamless operations.
- Compliance Champion: Uphold compliance with statutory and site policies/procedures, contributing to a safe and efficient work environment.

**What We Look For**:

- Trade Certification: Hold a trade certificate in Mechanical Engineering (Fitting)
- Demonstrate significant experience in hydraulic systems, backed by a proven track record in the field.
- Tertiary Training (Desirable): While not essential, tertiary training in Fluid Power adds a valuable edge to your skill set.
- Possess a current 'C' Class driver's license, showcasing your commitment to success.
- Team Player: Exhibit the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, contributing to a harmonious team environment.
- Detail-Oriented: Showcase your accuracy in recording and documenting daily processes, ensuring precision in your work.
- Customer Confidence: Communicate confidently with customers, building strong relationships that elevate our service delivery.
- Site Savvy: Bring previous site experience in hydraulics & lubrication on fixed plants, adding depth to your professional portfolio.

**Salary**: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 38 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates

- Australia (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Newcastle, NSW: Relocate with an employer provided relocation package (required)
