**Hey You**:
We are looking for a **LMS Administrator** to join the genU Training team to assist the team in alleviating the pressure of day-to-day tasks as well as the streamlining of existing Canvas workflows. If you have an eye for detail and previous Canvas LMS experience, we would love to hear from you

The Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator role will oversee the activities associated with the daily functions of the **genU Training Canvas Learning Management System**, including the support and coordination of learning programs being delivered through the LMS for a broad range of accredited, non-accredited and e-commerce products.

This role will work collaboratively with the current LMS Administrator to professionally support the preparing and publishing of products in readiness for genU Training learners. This will include managing existing course occurrences, managing Blueprints, and helping identify innovations in rolling out continuous improvement strategies to support stakeholder engagement with the LMS.
- **This is a full-time, ongoing position located in Flemington, VIC - flexible working arrangements will be available upon discussion.**:

**About You**:
**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- Demonstrated ability in administering a Canvas LMS platform
- Demonstrated ability in migrating data, upload new online training content, and effectively utilising software features
- Ability to think analytically, to look at every angle to find the best approach
- Demonstrated high-level interpersonal communication skills
- Comprehensive skills in MS Office Suite

**You will need the following**:

- Relevant experience and/or tertiary qualifications in aged care, human resources, allied health, health, and social sciences, or similar.
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain;
- Current NDIS Worker Orientation Module certificate or willingness to obtain;
- Current Full drivers license;
