sush is a long-established Sushi company in Tasmania, and we're looking for a highly-experienced and motivated Sushi maker for our company.

From pristine World-Heritage wilderness to its beautiful cities with thriving arts and restaurant scenes, all with a relaxed and affordable lifestyle, Tasmania has it all Every day you'll have access to some of the freshest ingredients available, with Tasmania being known as a producer of some of the finest meat, seafood, and fresh fruit and vegetables in the world.

The successful applicant will...
- Be knowledge rich on Japanese cuisine, and be a creative, dynamic sushi champion
- Be a proactive and innovative person keen on expanding the skills of themselves and those around them
- Possess excellent communication, organisation and documentation skills
- Have a good working knowledge of using a computer
