**FINANCE CLERK**

The client engages in various business activities, includige trading and investment in commodities such as agricultural products, minerals, and energy resources. infrastructure and renewable energy projects, contributing to the development of Australia's economy and sustainability.The workplace boasts a dedicated and long-serving team of friendly staff, providing a fantastic working environment for you.
- Preparing wire transfers through online banking platforms
- Initiating cash receipts entry via the SAP ERP system
- Executing and (or) documenting money market loan transactions
- Managing and foreign exchange contract bookings and associated journal entries
- Processing trade finance documents
- Monitoring and advising daily bank account transactions
- Preparing daily fund management report
- Compiling periodic treasury outstanding reports
- Obtaining credit report from credit review agency as requested
- Procuring some office supplies as needed
- Undertaking miscellaneous administrative tasks as necessary

**Skill and Background**
- Demonstrates cooperative teamwork and possesses a mature personality.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- Some work experience in a corporate treasury environment or accounting department is preferred, it is not an obligatory requirement.
- Proficiency in English is required. Knowledge of Japanese is appreciated but not mandatory.
- A proactive and adaptable individual prepared to undertake additional responsibilities when necessary.
- While a minimum of three years' work experience in a corporate treasury environment is preferred, it is not an obligatory requirement**.
