**The role**
Based out of our leading Bendigo Fire division you will have responsibility for your region which will cover Central Victoria. Your key responsibility will be to attend customer sites to install, service and maintain fire protection equipment including hose reels, extinguishers, fire doors, access and egress paths and other related products.

**This will include**:

- Servicing of fire protection equipment to Chubb Fire Safety standards of quality and delivery excellence, whilst exceeding customer service expectations at every available opportunity.
- To assist in growing our sales, increasing our market share, and growing the net profitability of our company.
- Using power tools to install and repair portable fire equipment such as extinguishers, hose reels, fire doors and access and egress paths and blankets.
- Providing excellent Customer service and advice to our clients on site.

**To be successful**:
Whilst previous experience in the Fire industry is preferred it is not essential as you will receive all the training required to perform your role at a high standard. If you have a service mindset and enjoy customer interaction you can achieve the outcomes, you, and our company desire.

**You will need the following**:

- Current Driver’s Licence.
- A construction industry white card (or the ability to obtain one).
- An appreciation of excellent customer service and the ability to communicate with clients on site.
- Good time management and organisational skills.
- The ability to work away from home when required.
- Demonstrate efficiency through prior time and route planning.
- Be a proactive member of the team.
- FPAS or Certificate II in Fire Protection is preferred or willing to obtain with in-house training.
