- Total Remuneration $109,437 to $119,678 pa (including salary of $92,476 to $101,138 plus 17% superannuation and leave loading)

Do you have a background in fundraising or philanthropic activities, and want to work with a passionate and driven team? CQUniversity has a rare opportunity for you to join our Alumni Relations and Advancement Services Team to coordinate and grow our fundraising, stewarding, and philanthropic activities.

You will have exceptional interpersonal skills and be able to conceptualise and develop approaches that contribute to the delivery of relationship and loyalty programs. You have a passion for working as part of a fundraising culture and have a solid understanding of the philanthropic landscape within the higher education sector and/ across Australia. Your stakeholder management, strong interpersonal skills and fundraising background will see you succeed in this role.

**Position Requirements**:

- Superior written and oral communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to articulate a compelling case for philanthropic support programs.
- Demonstrated analytical, conceptual and problem solving skills including the ability to develop approaches that contribute to improved outcomes in the delivery of relationship and loyalty programs.
- Proven organisational, planning, and project management skills.
- Knowledge of the principles and demonstrated experience in current best practice in fundraising.
