- The Barwon Health Social Supports Program (SSP) is located in Belmont.- The purpose of the program is to engage people in meaningful social activities that draw on personal strengths, encourage independence and involve them in their community.**About the role**
- We are looking for an enthusiastic and innovative Activity Worker to join our Social Supports Program (SSP) Team. Be part of a team that supports clients to remain active and achieve their goals.- Certificate 3 or 4 in a relevant field is essential.- Experience in delivering community based activities and driving a 12 seater mini bus are highly desirable.-
