**About the role**:
Great opportunity to work closer to home in Joondalup Residential Age Care Home with a variety of shifts available to work on permanent-part time, full-time or casual basis. Help residents with activities of daily living and provide care in accordance with individualized care plans. A key focus is to maintain effective communication with residents and families, relatives, supervisors, and colleagues.

**About you**:
You’ll love using your effective time management to deliver quality care collaboratively as part of our wider team. You’ll have initiative and take pride in your work and be dedicated to make positive impact in residents’ life. Your key experience will include:

- Certificate III/IV in Aged Care (desirable but not required)
- Experience in Age Care desirable but not essential
- Well-developed verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Physically fit and able to meet the physical demands of the role
- Good time management and documentation skills
- Evidence of Covid and Influenza Vaccination (preferred)
- National Police Clearance (obtained within the last 6 months)
