Classic Recruitment are excited to be working with Fitzy's on Church to recruit a Gaming Manager. This is a full-time role that will involve working a flexible roster involving both weekends and nights. A competitive salary is on offer, as well as the opportunity to work for a well-known and established Toowoomba venue.

As Gaming Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operation of the gaming room including successfully supervising and participating in gaming operations. The successful applicant will be energetic, enthusiastic and will need to demonstrate the below criteria:
Key criteria:

- Experience in supervising and performing gaming / wagering and cash handling duties
- Projects a friendly, enthusiastic, and positive attitude
- Enjoys working with others in a team environment whilst leading from the front
- Possesses exceptional customer service and presentation skills
- Hands-on management of the gaming room, including day-to-day operations

Essential requirements:

- Proven experience in a similar role & gaming knowledge
- Ability to troubleshoot and think quickly
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure the highest standard of customer service
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Current RSA & RSG certification.
