**What will you be doing in this role**:
Working under a Senior Property Manager you will focus on leasing and getting properties ready for the tenants to move in. This role is fast paced and has plenty of variety where you can build your skills and progress into many other parts of the real estate industry.
- Manage all prospective tenant enquiries
- Attend open home and private inspections
- Carry out reference and employment checks on tenants
- Guiding tenants through the leasing process
- Prepare marketing for available properties
- Assist with repairs and ingoing inspections
- Prepare open home packs
- Strong knowledge of the Northern Beaches
- Flexibility to work Saturdays
- A valid NSW drivers licence and reliable car
- A current Certificate of Registration
- Strong attention to detail
- The ability to manage multiple priorities
- Clear and confident communication skills
- Sharp presentation
