**About the Company**
Our client is an integrated Supply Chain solutions company that provide Forwarding and customs brokerage to a wide range of customers around the globe. Australia owned, they have an exciting position available for an experienced Export operator

**About the role**
As the Export Operator, you will be responsible for both Air and Sea Export movements for a portfolio of customers.

The main responsibilities include:

- book and arrange LCL, FCL and FAK export cargo from end to end
- submitting EDN's and PRAs
- mange all costings and invoicing for export cargo
- build relationships with shipping carries and airlines
- maintain data integrity through EDI Cargowise

**Skills & Experience**
- at least 4-5 years' experience working in an Export Operations position for a local freight forwarder (_those with no Freight Forwarding experience WILL NOT be considered )_
- a team oriented attitude
- a sense of urgency
- excellent attention to detail
- a positive and flexible attitude to work
- be able to work in the office with 1 day per fortnight at home arrangement
- experience in EDI Cargowise
