**To be successful in this role you will**:

- Understand the importance of systems and processes within a hospitality and brewpub environment.
- Have had a high level of experience in hospitality environments.
- Have a strong understanding and knowledge of craft beer, wine, spirits, and cocktails (we also provide training; both in house and from the various local producers we work with)
- Have a proven track record in a similar role in managing teams in a bar or restaurant setting.
- Be RSA qualified - this is essential. Holding an RMLV is also highly regarded for this role.
- Lead by example, be hands-on with a strong focus on customer service, experience, and results.
- Be available to work a flexible roster including weekends and evenings (opening & closing routines); and
- Be efficient and adaptable with the ability to think on your feet.
