**About the role**
Mamamia is looking for an Executive Producer - Commercial. The Executive Producer - Commercial holds responsibility for the end-to-end creation and execution of all commercial audio projects. This includes ideating and developing capsule podcasts series' and client integrations within our existing suite as well as conceptualising and executing bespoke podcasts in collaboration with our client partners.
The Executive Producer will oversee the production process, and manage all aspects of distribution. Furthermore, the Executive Producer will be the conduit between the Podcast and Commercial teams, ensuring the successful delivery of commercial campaigns.
- Lead content ideation and development for podcasts, collaborating with clients to meet commercial and editorial goals.
- Generate fresh and engaging podcast concepts and ideas consistent with Mamamia's tone and style.
- Manage host selection by liaising with potential hosts and conducting thorough trials.
- Oversee end-to-end podcast production, ensuring smooth execution from pre-production to post-production.
- Collaborate with content creators, hosts, and production teams to ensure high-quality and engaging podcast content.
- Act as the liaison between the podcast team and commercial partners, ensuring successful delivery of branded campaigns.
- Develop and execute effective distribution strategies to maximise podcast reach and impact.
- Monitor podcast performance metrics and audience feedback to improve content and drive audience growth.
- Coordinate and execute additional make-good or editorial guarantees as necessary.
- Safeguard brand reputation by identifying and addressing any concerns or clashes with producers to ensure brand safety across the network.
**About you**
- Minimum five years experience in a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to give and receive effective feedback with curiosity and respect
- Strong ability to work well independently and in a team
- Strong editorial skills to make judgments in line with Mamamia's editorial policies and tone
- Strong analytical skills and ability to adapt a measured approach in a fast paced environment
- A strong commitment to continuous process improvement, initiatives and ability to solve problems creatively
