**Role description**

Reporting to the Head of Product, our product team are responsible for the end-to-end product experience and systems used by our clients, users and learners.

The LMS (Learning Management System) Administrator is responsible for configuring new courses (based on documented standards and previous course templates) to be populated with content provided by the Learning Design team, and also for operational LMS administration such as onboarding users to courses and closing completed courses. We currently use Instructure’s Canvas LMS.

**About you**
- Ability to work independently within a specified project plan and process
- Experience using Canvas LMS as an administrator and course designer
- Detail-focused
- Enjoy combining solo work (e.g. course set-up) with troubleshooting (e.g. resolving access or configuration issues reported by learners)

**Work arrangements**
- This is a fully-remote casual role, with a variable workload (from 0 - 10 hours per week) depending on our project and program timelines
- Workload and schedule can be confirmed on a weekly basis
- Project onboarding Q&A, access to reference materials, and log-in access to required web apps will be provided
- Hourly rate of AUD$40
