In this part-time, permanent role, you’ll work as a part of our Retail team in Dandenong to help us create lasting change for children everywhere. The Delivery Driver/Depot Assistant plays an important role in delivering on our vision of a better world for children. Whether it’s coordinating logistics or supporting op-shop Volunteers), you’ll be contributing to our commitment to children in Australia, the Pacific and around the world.
- You will make a difference by: _
- Collecting and delivering stock for Save the Children Australia op shops.
- Ensuring high level of customer focus is maintained at all times with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate communications.
- Ensuring the depot and surrounding areas are kept neat, secure, and orderly.
- Providing clear communications and visibility on delivery schedules and ad-hoc pickups/tasks/deliveries.
- Performing ad hoc projects allocated by the State Retail Manager, in line with organisational objectives.

- Demonstrated experience in a similar role including small truck/van driving.
